Participation
DRC uses various methods for obtaining information and feedback from a given population group such as feedback forums, focus groups and the use of questionnaires/surveys.
DRC aims to ensure methods of communication meet the needs of the wider community, by engaging with Sign Language interpreters, providing information in alternative formats such as Braille, large print and consultation with key Maori and Pacific Island services.
